Withdrawals are processed daily and the cut-off time for withdrawals is at 14:00. If the request is received after 14:00 the withdrawal will be processed the following day. For first time withdrawals, your ID and a recent copy of your bank statement in your name and not older than 3 months is needed for security purposes. Funds are usually reflected in your bank account 1-3 working days from the time of the withdrawal.
Once you have logged into your Client Portal, click on the “Trader Dashboard” tab. You will then see a button that says “Withdraw”. Click on this button, and you will be taken to a form where you can enter the details of your withdrawal.
You can fund your account using secure payment methods such as bank transfer, card, or instant EFT. Your funds are held in segregated third-party bank accounts, ensuring they are kept safe and separate from company funds.
