Q: How can I make a withdrawal from my Trading Account?

Easy withdrawals from the dashboard of your Client Portal. Withdrawals are processed daily and the cut-off time for withdrawals is at 14:00 . If the request is received after 14:00 the withdrawal will be processed the following day. For first time withdrawals, your ID and a recent copy of your bank statement in your name and not older than 3 months is needed for security purposes. Funds are usually reflected in your bank account 1-3 working days from the time of the withdrawal. Once you have logged into your Client Portal, click on the “Trader Dashboard” tab. You will then see a button that says “Withdraw”. Click on this button, and you will be taken to a form where you can enter the details of your withdrawal.
